Working with us
- What kind of work do you take on?
- We engineer web, mobile, and AI applications, high-performance data platforms, and cloud migrations across AWS, AZURE and GCP — along with the servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure beneath them, and IoT and smart-building integrations. In short: the software that runs your business and the systems it runs on.
- Who do you typically work with?
- Organisations that need serious engineering done properly, from established small and medium businesses through to enterprise teams. Between us we hold more than 200 years of collective experience across 510+ delivered projects for over 100 clients.
- Are you based in Sydney? Do you work with clients elsewhere?
- We’re based in Sydney and work with clients right across Australia — on-site where it helps, and remotely where it doesn’t.
Our approach
- How does a project usually start?
- With discovery. We learn how your business actually works, map the technical landscape, weigh architecture options against cost and scale, and give you an honest estimate and roadmap before any production code is written.
- Will I work with senior engineers, or does the work get handed to juniors?
- You work directly with the people building your system. We’re a team of senior engineers first — no hand-offs to juniors, and no layers between you and the build.
- Do you work with our existing team and systems?
- Yes. We integrate with in-house teams and existing platforms regularly, and we’re comfortable working within the constraints of established environments.
Confidentiality
- Why are your case studies anonymous?
- Because publishing client names, logos, and screenshots exposes the people who trust us — it maps their vendors and hints at their architecture. Every engagement is presented in confidence: real architecture and measured outcomes, with identifying detail removed. It’s the standard we hold to under enterprise NDAs, extended to every client by default.
- Can you show us relevant past work?
- Yes — we’re glad to walk through relevant engagements with you directly, under mutual NDA.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Routinely. Confidentiality is designed into how we work, not bolted on afterwards.
Ownership, support & cost
- Who owns the code, and is there any lock-in?
- You do. We hand over everything we build — code and infrastructure — with no vendor lock-in.
- Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
- Yes. We offer maintenance, iteration, and support well beyond handover.
- How much will my project cost, and how long will it take?
- It depends on scope — which is exactly what discovery is for. We give clear, honest estimates up front and deliver in short, visible iterations, so you always know where things stand. The quickest way to a number is to tell us what you’re planning.
