Discover
We start by understanding your business — the goals, the constraints, and the systems you already run. We embed with your team to learn how things actually work, not just how they’re documented.
From there we map the technical landscape: what exists, what’s needed, and where the risks are. We weigh architecture options against cost, scale, and the realities of your environment rather than reaching for a default.
You come away with a clear plan — a proposed architecture, a delivery roadmap, and an honest estimate — before a line of production code is written.

Build
With the plan agreed, we build in short, visible iterations. You see working software early and often, and you always know exactly where the project stands.
Architecture comes first. We write typed, tested, reviewed code, and make deliberate choices about data, cloud, and infrastructure so the system scales without nasty surprises later.
A senior engineer stays close to your team throughout. Communication is direct, and changes are discussed openly rather than buried in a backlog.
Their progress updates were so consistent we almost thought they were automated — we always knew exactly where the project stood.
Deliver
Before launch we harden everything. Automated tests, performance budgets, and accessibility checks run in CI, so regressions are caught before they ever reach you.
We provision and secure the infrastructure — on AWS, AZURE or GCP — and put monitoring in place so issues surface early rather than in an outage.
After go-live we’re still here: support, maintenance, and iteration, with a full handover of everything we build so you’re never locked in.

- Infrastructure. Right-sized, hardened environments on AWS, AZURE and GCP, provisioned as code for repeatable, auditable deployments.
